Allow your candle to burn up to 3 hours on the first use to allow for an even melt pool. It is not uncommon to have wax on the edges and a few imperfections on the surface of the candle once the wax has settled after the first burn. This is normal for candles made with 100% soy wax. This does not affect the scent of the candle.

Trim the wick ¼ inch before each use.

Do not burn your candles for longer than 3 hours, and keep away from flammable objects and drafts.

Candles are for indoor use only, including all wood dough bowl candles. Outdoor use can cause the wax to shrink, bubble or turn yellow.

Do not continue to light the candle once there is a remaining ½ inch wax at the bottom.

Return Policy: Because each candle is individually hand-poured, we are unable to accept returns. That said, if there is an issue with your order, we truly want to make it right. Please reach out to us with a photo and details of your concern, and we’ll be in touch as soon as possible.

Shipping: As much as we would love to offer international shipping, we currently ship within the U.S. only. Please allow up to one week for order processing prior to shipment. We recommend placing orders for seasonal or holiday candles at least 2–3 weeks in advance to ensure timely delivery.

While we may participate in markets in the future, our seasonal and year-round collections are currently available exclusively online.
